Co-Founder, Ganbatte India

Dr. R. Hafeez Basha Co-Founded Ganbatte India along with his wife Nafeesa Parveen as a social enterprise with an aim to inspire the youth of today by sharing the successful stories for real motivation. The following are the objectives:

  • Reaching the successful ones and capturing their real-life experiences
  • Sharing these stories massively in different forms over multiple platforms
  • Delivering their wisdom with the direct connection and engagement to the youth

Founder, Station-H

Dr. R. Hafeez Basha was inspired by Station-F which is world’s largest startup facility in Paris, France that was made out of the former rail freight depot previously known as La Halle Freyssinet. He assembled a local team comprising of a Chartered Accountant, Legal and IPR Attorney, Sales & Marketing Professional, Investment Facilitator and Technical Experts and started calling them as Station-H.

Founder, BRCORP

Basha Research Corporation (BRCORP) was the brainchild of Dr. R. Hafeez Basha that provided services in research publications, event management and student benefit programs.

Founder, Cafet-Innova

He and his B. Tech classmates Mr. P. Nikhil Prakash and Dr. Raju Aedla together co-founded Cafet-Innova Technical Society (CITS) in the year 2007 during their final year of study. It was started as a non-profit organization and registered as Society with the Registrar of Firms & Societies, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The main objective was to encourage students towards Research & Development (R&D) through their research publications, academic event management and other student benefit programs. They even started an exclusive International Journal for Engineering and Science Students with ISSN 2278-7607 that gave opportunity to many under graduate students to publish their work. Some of the other Journals that were indexed by Elsevier’s SCOPUS and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) benefited more that 30,000 research scholars, faculty members and industrial researchers.

Their teacher Late Prof. K. Laxminarayana (Director Retd., DLRL-DRDO) served as it’s first President; Prof. D. Venkat Reddy (HOD Retd., NIT-Karnataka) as Vice President; Dr. R. Hafeez Basha as Secretary General; Dr. Raju Aedla as Joint-Secretary and Mr. P. Nikhil Prakash as the Treasurer. Mr. T. Prakash Raju and Mr. V. Sainath Chary served as the Executive Members. Later it was expanded internationally in the form of country level councils and state level chapters in similar lines of other Professional Bodies like IEEE.
