Dr. R. Hafeez Basha was instrumental in establishing the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) at the Ashoka School of Business (ASB Hyderabad) which is one the first B-Schools in India offering Technology blended Management Programs i.e. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in:
- Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS)
- Finance with Fintech
- Marketing with Business Analytics
- Human Resources with HR Analytics
In addition to this he is responsible for Corporate Relations, Training & Placements
World Entrepreneurs' Day
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (E-Cell), Ashoka School of Business (ASB Hyderabad) celebrated the World Entrepreneurs’ Day at their campus on 21st August 2024 during the Orientation / Induction Program for the first year PGDM students.
The senior students conducted activities such as:

World Creativity & Innovation Day
Ashoka School of Business (ASB Hyderabad) in association with Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC), Government of Telangana celebrated the World Creativity and Innovation Day on 20th April 2024. Prof. Ajit Rangnekar, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of Telangana State addressed through a webinar and followed by that Shri. Amit Kapoor, Senior Director, Cigniti Technologies Ltd. (Now Coforge) and Dr. Adarsh Kodanda, Founder & CEO, Aigen Labs LLP interacted with students in offline mode at the campus highlighting the concept behind World Creativity and Innovation Day and its importance especially the role of Incubation Centres in converting ideas to startups.

Dr. R. Hafeez Basha had earlier served as Chief Executive Officer for A-Hub Incubation Centre and Director – Corporate Relations, Training & Placements at the Ashoka Institute of Engineering & Technology (AIET) affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU Hyderabad). During his stay he activated the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) which was launched by Shri. Udayan Bakshi, State Head – Institute for Entrepreneurship (I2E), Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), Government of Andhra Pradesh. The student committee of E-Cell was put into force which conducted all the activities related to Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the college campus. Later Institute Innovation Council (IIC) was established under the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell (MIC), Government of India. The students actively participated in the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) both Software & Hardware Editions in 2019 & 2020.
He was instrumental in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between A-Hub and Sindoz Turtle Startup Incubator a subsidiary of Turtle Holdings Ltd., China and co-organized A-Hub Hackathon
